Shpitalnikov Denis really is the author of text, which are written the song "Энергия любви". His rights as a songwriter I have not contested. However, in 1995, when I became the producer of the project and financed the production of the first duet album "D-Bronxx & Natali"
the right to the manufactured product, namely, audio and audiovisual
works "Энергия любви" became the property of Sekai and belong to me.
Named registration at the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus can be only 2007, when the Center and began to act
in the collective management of authors' rights. On this is written on the official website of the National Center of Intellectual Property of the Republic of Belarus
I am not the author of the text and for the fulfillment of my duties did not believe and did not make such registration.
But there 1995 registered our trademark Sekai, which depicts the logo on all tangible media audio and audio-visual song "Энергия любви". (attached photocopy)
